We are proud to serve our community through our two Chick-fil-A locations – Chick-fil-A at Lake Woodlands Drive and Chick-fil-A inside The Woodlands Mall.

Over the past twelve years in The Woodlands community my two restaurants have strived to develop personal relationships with our customers. In fact, our customers even have a special name – Chick-fil-A Raving Fans! We believe that our Raving Fans continuously dine with us because of our high standards of service, quality products, clean restaurant and community involvement. Through these acts of Second Mile Service we aim to maintain our Raving Fan relationships and build new ones with other customers. Our founder, Truett Cathy, said it best: “We are not in the chicken business serving people…We are in the people business serving chicken.”

At Chick-fil-A, The Woodlands our mission statement is to enhance our customer and employee experiences by living out our companies’ and store values everyday. We start inside the restaurant by rewarding our employees with scholarships and promoting character-building programs for kids. You might see us in the community providing entertainment and delicious food at a variety of events. And, you will find us in area churches and schools helping raise funds for special projects.
